Brian Fussell Co-founder

Brian is an experienced global operations professional with demonstrated success in leadership, strategic execution and improving contact center metrics. He has managed contact centers around the world for companies of all sizes, from small solar startups of 25+ agents to a 400+ agent team for the largest direct to consumer marketing company in the US. He has proven his ability to drive business objectives and demonstrate measurable returns on investments.

Brian holds a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and resides in Los Angeles.

Daniel Schoenherr Co-founder

Dan has worked with start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits with an expertise in analytics, process improvement, and strategy implementation. He’s a numbers guy, and he works well with people. He knows how to take big data and turn it into something teams can run with. Previously, Dan held numerous senior level Finance and Operations positions, including ownership of a 100+ agent contact center with both on-shore and off-shore locations.

Dan holds a Masters in Finance from Princeton University and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
